About ProsInMotion

Professionals in Motion Inc. exists to give growing organisations access to operating capability they could not justify building in-house — with the discipline of a properly governed service, not the informality of an arrangement.

Our purpose

Why the company exists

To provide business support, management consulting and operational assistance services to individuals, entrepreneurs, corporations, institutions and organisations.

That covers administrative and operational support, business process support, financial and bookkeeping support, human resource services, compliance coordination, project coordination, information technology and systems support, training and capacity-building, and general business advisory support.

It expressly excludes activities constituting the practice of professions regulated by the Professional Regulation Commission, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, or other regulatory bodies. We treat that exclusion as a working boundary, not a footnote — it determines what we take on and what we hand to a licensed practitioner.

Who is accountable

How an engagement is staffed

A multi-function managed service is only as good as the people running each part of it. You meet them during scoping, before committing to anything.

The people on your engagement

  • A Service Delivery Lead owns day-to-day delivery and is your single escalation point
  • Module specialists do the work within their discipline
  • Shared capacity on smaller engagements; named or dedicated teams as volume rises
  • An Engagement Manager and Executive Sponsor on both sides
  • Supervision, quality review and continuity arrangements sized to the service

Who does what

  • You appoint an Engagement Owner to instruct, approve and accept
  • We direct and supervise our own personnel — they remain our employees
  • Service concerns are raised with our manager, not with the individual
  • Instructions route through one channel, so nothing arrives uncosted
  • Every material decision is logged and traceable afterwards

The governance rhythm, reporting cadence and change-control process are set out on how we work, and the control environment on trust & governance.

Operating principles

How we work, in six commitments

These are the reason our engagement letters are long: what is agreed upfront is what does not become an argument later.

Scope is written down

Stated in a Service Order, never assumed from conversation. Work requested informally is not automatically in scope — and never becomes a surprise invoice.

Control stays with you

Role-based access, segregation of duties and documented approvals. Funds, seals and government credentials remain in your hands throughout.

Outputs are measurable

Deliverables and service levels you can check against, reported monthly, with a named owner for every process.

Pricing is transparent

Pass-through costs disclosed rather than buried in a rate. Scope changes are agreed and priced, not absorbed silently.

We refuse what we should

An instruction that appears unlawful, misleading or unsafe is declined, not negotiated. Where a licensed professional is needed, we say so.

You can leave

An engagement that cannot be unwound cleanly is a trap. Knowledge transfer, data return and exit planning are built in from the start.

Who we work with

From first-hire start-ups to multi-entity groups

Founders and early-stage companies

Books, filings and an HR file that will survive due diligence — without five full-time hires to produce them.

Growing Philippine businesses

Headcount has outrun the back office and deadlines are being met by heroics. A defined service replaces the scramble.

Multi-entity and multi-site groups

Several entities, several compliance calendars and no single view — consolidated into one dashboard with a named lead.

Foreign-owned entities

Local registration, statutory records and government filings handled here, reported in a form head office can read.

Institutions and organisations

Administrative, records and compliance support for organisations whose mission is not running a back office.

Companies in transition

A conversion, restructure, relocation or migration — registration work and interim support as one coordinated project.

Driving business forward.

If your organisation is spending more of its attention on running itself than on the work it exists to do, that is the problem we solve. Let's talk about what to move first.
