Privacy notice
How we handle personal information in connection with this website, under Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — its implementing rules, and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances.
Who we are, and how to reach us
Professionals in Motion Inc., doing business under the name ProsInMotion, is the Personal Information Controller for personal information we hold. Our registered office is at 19F Marco Polo Ortigas, Pasig City 1610, Philippines.
For anything in this notice — including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you — contact us at contact@prosinmotion-ph.com, +63 917 820 4525 or +63 917 639 8936, or write to the office address above. Mark it for the attention of our Data Protection Officer and it will be routed to them.
What this website collects
Nothing that you type. There is no form on this site, so there is no field anywhere that sends us your name, your company or your message. The contact page publishes our email address and telephone numbers, and it is entirely your choice whether to use them.
Two things happen automatically, as they do on any website:
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your IP address, browser type and the pages requested | Recorded in our hosting provider's standard server logs, so the site can be kept secure and faults can be diagnosed. Not used to build a profile of you, and never linked to you by name. | A short operational period set by the hosting provider, then overwritten |
| Nothing else | No cookies, no analytics, no measurement, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no embedded content from other companies. | — |

If you email or call us
When you contact us, we hold what you chose to send — typically your name, your business contact details and whatever you told us about your situation. We use it to reply, to arrange a scoping conversation, and to keep a reasonable record that the exchange happened.
We do it to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries — sections 12(b) and 12(f) of the Data Privacy Act. We do not send marketing. If we ever introduce a mailing list it will be separate, optional, based on consent you give at the time, and withdrawable in one step.
Please keep first contact high level. Do not send confidential business information, financial records or anyone else's personal details by email — once we know we can help, we agree a secure channel before any of that is exchanged.
Who else is involved
The list is short, because the site does so little:
- our own personnel, who need it to answer you
- Netlify, a United States company, which hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above. It serves pages from locations worldwide and does not receive anything you type, because there is nothing on the site to type into
- our email and telephone providers, if you choose to contact us that way — the same companies that carry any other business correspondence
- professional advisers, regulators or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose
That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Where a provider operates outside the Philippines, appropriate contractual safeguards are in place and we remain accountable for the information.
How long we keep it
The Data Privacy Act does not set a fixed number of years. Section 19 of its Implementing Rules requires that personal data be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and states plainly that data cannot be kept in perpetuity against some possible future use.
Applying that to enquiries, we follow the same period the National Privacy Commission applies to enquiries made to it: two years after the enquiry has been dealt with, after which it is securely deleted. Where an engagement proceeds, retention instead follows that engagement's own records schedule and any longer period the law requires of us — the Bureau of Internal Revenue's ten-year rule for books and accounting records being the usual example.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed
- access the personal information we hold about you
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
- object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis
- have your information erased or blocked in the circumstances the law allows
- data portability, where applicable
- be indemnified for damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete or unlawfully obtained information
- lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details at the top of this page. We will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because it collects nothing, there is no store of visitor information attached to it to breach. For the correspondence you do send us, we maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including role-based access, least privilege and confidentiality obligations on everyone with access.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to give rise to a real risk to you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required by law.
Cookies and third-party content
This website sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. We use no analytics or measurement service, so no record is kept of which pages you read. There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets, social buttons or advertising scripts — nothing on these pages loads content from another company that could observe you. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google therefore receives your IP address and browser details. No cookie is set by that request. The pages render correctly with your device’s own typefaces if the request is blocked.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our processing changes, and material changes are summarised here when they are made. The version you are reading was published with the site build dated 2026-09-12.
